Service Description
This option is perfect for individuals who need to complete their HeartSaver First Aid certification in a flexible, hybrid format. After booking this service, you will receive a secure link to purchase and complete the required HeartSaver First Aid Online Course directly from the American Heart Association (AHA). Once you finish the online portion, we will schedule your in-person skills testing session, which will include hands-on practice and a skills test conducted by our certified mobile instructor at your home or preferred location. This streamlined process is ideal for non-healthcare professionals, workplace teams, and individuals looking for convenient, AHA-compliant training. Note: The online course must be purchased separately. A valid completion certificate is required before the skills session can be scheduled. All communication, including instructions and scheduling, will be sent via email after booking. Disclaimer: Pricing is per person. For group bookings of 4 or more, please select the Group Booking option on the form. CRH BLS Services operates in partnership with the American Heart Association (AHA). Prices are subject to change based on AHA updates and guidelines. Certification is awarded the same day upon successful completion of the skills demonstration and test.
Cancellation Policy
📌 Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy Thank you for choosing our mobile CPR and life support training services. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our policies below before submitting your booking request. ✅ Booking Policy All services must be requested through our online form. Once your form is submitted, please allow up to 48 hours for confirmation of your appointment. Our instructor is an active nurse, and we appreciate your patience and flexibility. Submitting a form does not guarantee a confirmed booking. You will receive an official confirmation via email or phone once your appointment is approved. ❌ Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a rescheduling fee. No-shows without prior communication may result in denial of future service requests. ⏳ Waitlist Policy If your preferred date or time is unavailable, we will offer the next best available option or place you on a waitlist. You will be contacted immediately if an opening becomes available that matches your request. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment but gives you priority over future openings. 🗓️ Important Notes Services are offered by appointment only. Group or workplace training requests may require additional coordination and time. For any urgent questions, please contact us via email or phone (during non-training hours only).
